Founded by Angela Evans in 2020. She, along with her family and friends, devote their time to driving around the heavy populated homeless areas with the trunk full of drawstring bags and passed them out the people seen on the streets of Dallas, TX.

Their strength lies not only in the words they stand by, but most importantly in the actions of their initiatives. From the moment they started their work in 2020, they understood that by working together they could overcome these challenges much more efficiently, and that is why they ultimately decided to launch Fill A Bag, Touch A Heart. With God by their side, they strive to make a positive change in all of their pursuits.
